Gildan 64000 Softstyle Tee with your print
The 64000 is the budget soft tee. Light 4.5-ounce ring spun cotton, a very wide color range, and a low blank cost. We prefer Port & Company for most jobs, but when the shirt is a giveaway or the budget is the whole decision, the Softstyle is a fair answer. Battle Born Clothing prints it in Yerington.

This blank is quoted per job: we check SanMar stock (Reno warehouse first, then the next closest) and current cost when you ask, then price it at our published rule (cost x 2 under $10, otherwise cost + 35%). The decoration rate is the same published one as every other shirt on this site. Quotes usually go out the same business day.
Decoration options
Screen print for one or two ink colors at 48 and up ($4.34 per location at 48, $0.25 flash on darks, $20 per screen per color). DTF transfer for full color or under 48 pieces, quoted per job. A light tee shows a heavy plastisol print more; keep the art open or ask for water-based ink.
