Custom t-shirt pricing, published for every state
All-in means the blank plus the decoration. Our hero tee is the Port & Company PC61 at a $6.04 blank. The first table is screen print at 48 pieces, the quantity where screens pay off. Below it is the embroidery schedule on the same shirt at every quantity break, one-time fees, add-ons, customer-supplied goods and five worked examples. Same prices in every state; shipping is quoted with the order.

What is included
- The blank at our published price: supplier cost x 2 when the cost is under $10, otherwise cost + 35%.
- The decoration: a 1-color screen print per location, a DTF transfer, or one embroidered logo up to 6,000 stitches.

- 28-day standard turnaround from proof approval, then UPS Ground to any state (typically 1 to 5 business days) or pickup in Yerington, NV.
Screen print rates
Per location, per piece, at 48 pieces: $4.34 for one ink color, plus a $0.25 flash on dark shirts (we print a white underbase and flash-cure it so the color stays bright). Screens are $20 per screen per color, one time. Two colors on the front means two screens ($40) and a per-piece rate quoted for the job. Quantities other than 48 are quoted per job.

Embroidery breaks are at 12, 24, 48, 60 and 80 pieces and are counted on the whole order, so 30 tees and 30 polos with the same logo both price at the 60-79 tier. Add $18.99 digitizing once per design; we keep the file for reorders.

Stitch count
Every embroidery price covers one design up to 6,000 stitches. Above that, each additional 1,000 stitches (rounded up) adds $2.00 (1-11 pieces), $1.50 (12-23), $1.00 (24-59), $0.60 (60-79) or $0.50 (80+) per piece. Most left-chest logos land between 4,000 and 7,000 stitches. We tell you the exact count with the proof.
DTF transfers
Quoted per job. DTF is full color with no screens, so it is usually the cheapest route under 48 pieces or for photo-style art. Transfers are produced by a Carson City partner and pressed in our shop. Send the art and the count and we price it the same business day.
One-time fees
- Screens: $20 per screen per color.
- Embroidery digitizing: $18.99 per design, once.
- Flash: $0.25 per flash per location on dark garments.
- DTF: no setup fee; the transfer cost is in the per-piece quote.
Add-ons
- Second print location (back, sleeve): another screen per color and the per-location rate.
- Names or numbers: quoted per job from your roster.
- Sizes 2XL and up: the supplier upcharge passes through, usually $1 to $7 by size.

Customer-supplied shirts
We decorate shirts you bring us for the decoration rate plus $2.00 per item handling. The industry-standard spoilage allowance is about 4%; we aim for zero, but we cannot replace a shirt we did not supply if one is lost to a misprint.
Rush
Rush is quoted per job. Tell us the need-by date and we will say yes with a price or no, honestly. Standard is 28 days from proof approval.

Sizes 2XL and up add the supplier upcharge. Shipping is UPS Ground from northern Nevada and quoted with the order; pickup in Yerington is free by appointment.
