About Custom Tees Near Me

Custom Tees Near Me is Battle Born Clothing's nationwide t-shirt brand. The name is the search phrase; the shop is one real building in Yerington, Nevada, and the way we reach every state is UPS Ground. Same machines, same people, same prices as the main site, on a site built to answer one question fast.

The shop story

Battle Born Clothing takes its name from the words on the Nevada state flag. It is a decorating shop at 3 Pebble Beach Dr in Yerington, NV 89447, in Lyon County, about an hour southeast of Carson City. Since 2020 we have laser-engraved leather patches on an OMTech 80-watt CO2 laser and pressed them onto hats on a two-platen heat press, and we aim to be the top leather patch hat maker in the USA. See custom leather patch hats on the main site.

Today the shop screen prints in-house with plastisol, water-based and discharge inks on a conveyor dryer, and embroiders on two single-head commercial machines, a Happy HCD2-1501 and a YunFu 15-needle, with Rapos thread and Maggie magnetic frames. DTF transfers are produced by DTF Tribe in Carson City and pressed in our shop. We are an authorized decorator for Carhartt, Nike and OGIO; see custom Carhartt workwear.

Why a nationwide tee site

Most people who search "custom tees near me" want three things: a fair price, a proof they can trust and shirts on the right day. None of those need the shop to be down the street. So this site publishes the prices, explains the email proof and lists the ship time to every region. The full schedule for everything we make is at Battle Born Clothing pricing.

What "near me" means here

• One shop, in Yerington, NV. No office, showroom, rep or pickup point in any other city or state.
• Ships to all 50 states by UPS Ground: typically 1 to 2 business days to Nevada, California and Oregon, about 5 to the East Coast.
• Pickup in Yerington by appointment for Nevada buyers.
• Blanks from SanMar (Reno warehouse first) and S&S Activewear.
• No delivery vans, no same-day. We would rather be clear than clever.

What we are, and are not

• An authorized decorator for Carhartt, Nike and OGIO.
• A SanMar and S&S Activewear customer; also a Zapped Headwear dealer and a direct Decky buyer for hats.
• Not a company-store operator. We run batch orders from a roster and keep your files.
• Not a broker. The shirts are printed and stitched by the people who quote them.

How we work

1. You send artwork, quantity, style, colors, sizes and your ship-to.
2. We quote from the published schedule, usually the same business day.
3. We email a digital proof. Nothing is printed or stitched until you approve it.
4. We produce in 28 days from proof approval and ship UPS Ground, or hand it to you in Yerington.
5. If we get something wrong, we redo it free.
