Merch that sells
For shirts customers buy, the blank and the ink matter more than for staff shirts. A soft ring spun tee with a water-based or discharge print feels like retail. Keep the art to one or two colors and the cost stays sensible. The leather patch hats are made in-house on an 80-watt CO2 laser; Battle Born Clothing has made them since 2020 and aims to be the top leather patch hat maker in the USA.
Shipping and timing
Standard turnaround is 28 days from proof approval, then UPS Ground from Yerington, NV: typically 1 to 2 business days to Nevada, California and Oregon and about 5 to the East Coast. We have no office or rep in your city; the price and the proof are the same in every state. Rush is quoted per job.

Questions
Do the hats need digitizing?
No. Leather patches are laser engraved from your art, so there is no digitizing fee. Embroidered items pay $18.99 once per design.
Can you do a soft vintage print?
Yes. Water-based and discharge inks on 100% cotton give a soft hand. Discharge does not work on blends.
