Embroidery for tees, polos and hoodies
Embroidery is a stitched logo that reads as a uniform. Battle Born Clothing runs two single-head commercial embroidery machines in Yerington, a Happy HCD2-1501 and a YunFu 15-needle, with Rapos thread and Maggie magnetic frames. No minimum. One polo for a new hire is a normal order.

Tier counted on the whole order
Breaks are at 12, 24, 48, 60 and 80 pieces. Mixed styles with the same logo count together: 24 tees, 24 polos and 12 hoodies is a 60-piece order and every piece prices at the 60-79 rate.
Where embroidery beats print
- Polos, quarter-zips, jackets and hoodies
- Company logos on the left chest of a tee that need to look like a uniform
- Ranch brands and simple marks that stitch cleanly
- Small orders with no screens to pay for
Artwork and digitizing
Send vector art if you have it; a clean PNG works. We digitize it ($18.99, standard 2-day) into a stitch file, send a digital proof with the stitch count, and keep the file for reorders. Fine text under about 0.25 inch tall does not stitch well; we will tell you if something needs to be simplified.
Questions
Can you embroider a thin tee?
Yes, with backing. A left-chest logo on a PC61 or PC54 is routine. Very light tees show the backing more; a polo or heavier tee hides it.
Can you add names?
Yes. Names on the right chest are quoted per job from your roster.
