PTAs, booster clubs, coaches, teachers and front offices order spirit wear, field day and staff shirts, usually with adult and youth sizes mixed and a date tied to the school calendar. Battle Born Clothing prints them in one run in Yerington, NV and ships to schools in every state.

## Who orders

PTA and PTO volunteers, booster club treasurers, athletic directors, teachers ordering for a grade or a club, and school office staff.

## What they order

- [PC61](/products/port-and-company-pc61/) and [PC54](/products/port-and-company-pc54/) adult tees
- [PC54Y youth tees](/products/port-and-company-pc54y/) in the same color and print, counted toward the same 48
- Sportsman SP12 cuffed beanies for winter spirit wear, embroidered, $12.60 each at 24
- [Sport-Tek ST350](/products/sport-tek-st350/) performance tees for teams, quoted per job

## A realistic job

### A booster club: 48 spirit tees and 24 beanies

| Line | Qty | Each | Total |

| SP12 beanie, embroidered (24-47 tier) | 24 | $12.60 | $302.40 |
| Digitizing, one logo | 1 | $18.99 | $18.99 |
| **Order total** | | | **$839.63** |

$839.63 for 72 pieces, $11.66 each including setup. Youth PC54Y shirts are quoted per job and print in the same run; tell us the mix.

## Selling kids' sizes and using school marks

If the club sells youth shirts, decorated children's apparel sold in the US needs a CPSIA tracking label. Tell us and we add it; read [CPSIA tracking labels for decorated kids' apparel](https://battlebornclothing.com/blogs/custom-apparel-guides-screen-printing-embroidery-dtf-tips/cpsia-tracking-labels-decorated-kids-apparel). School and district logos need the school's permission; your club's own art is fine. Licensed college or pro marks need the owner's permission.

## Shipping and timing

Standard turnaround is 28 days from proof approval, then UPS Ground from Yerington, NV: typically 1 to 2 business days to Nevada, California and Oregon and about 5 to the East Coast. We have no office or rep in your city; the price and the proof are the same in every state. Rush is quoted per job.

## What to send

- Art or mascot file, and confirmation the school approves its use
- Adult and youth size counts
- Whether shirts are sold or given away
- Ship-to (school office or a volunteer's address)
- The date of the event or the sale

## Questions
**Can adult and youth sizes be in one order?** Yes. They print in the same run and count toward the same quantity.

**Do schools get a different price?** No. The published schedule applies to everyone. One ink color and 48 or more pieces is how to save.
