Food banks, animal rescues, service clubs, foundations and community groups order shirts to sell, to give to volunteers, or to thank sponsors. The shirt has to cost little, look good and arrive before the event. Battle Born Clothing prints them in Yerington, NV and ships to any state.

## Who orders

Executive directors, volunteer coordinators, event committees and the board member who ended up in charge of shirts.

## What they order

- [PC61](/products/port-and-company-pc61/) or lighter [PC54](/products/port-and-company-pc54/) tees with the cause on the front and sponsors on the back
- Volunteer staff tees in a bright color so people can find them
- Port Authority TW51 golf towels, embroidered, $14.70 each at 24, for golf tournament gift bags
- Hoodies for a winter sale, quoted per job

## A realistic job

### A golf tournament fundraiser: 48 sponsor tees and 24 towels

| Line | Qty | Each | Total |
|---|---|---|---|
| PC61 tee, white, 1-color front + 1-color sponsor back | 48 | $14.72 | $706.56 |
| Screens, 2 | 1 | $40.00 | $40.00 |
| TW51 golf towel, embroidered (24-47 tier) | 24 | $14.70 | $352.80 |
| Digitizing, one logo | 1 | $18.99 | $18.99 |
| **Order total** | | | **$1,118.35** |

$1,118.35 for 72 pieces, $15.53 each including setup. Sold at $25, the 48 tees bring in $1,200.00 against $746.56 for the tees and screens, before your other costs.

## Sizing the run

Order the sign-up list plus 5 to 10% in M, L and XL. If you are at 40, go to 48; the extra shirts cost less than the jump in per-piece rate. The full method is in [fundraiser and nonprofit tees](/guides/fundraiser-and-nonprofit-tees/).

## Shipping and timing

Standard turnaround is 28 days from proof approval, then UPS Ground from Yerington, NV: typically 1 to 2 business days to Nevada, California and Oregon and about 5 to the East Coast. We have no office or rep in your city; the price and the proof are the same in every state. Rush is quoted per job.

## What to send

- Front art and a one-color version of each sponsor logo
- Count and size split
- Sold or given away (kids' sizes sold need a CPSIA label)
- Event date and ship-to

## Questions
**Do nonprofits get a discount?** Prices are the published schedule for everyone. The savings come from one ink color, a light shirt and 48 or more pieces.

**Can sponsors be added after the proof?** Yes until the screens are burned. After that, a new back screen is $20 and a new proof.
