Since 2020 we have laser-engraved leather patches on an OMTech 80-watt CO2 laser and pressed them onto hats on a two-platen heat press, and we aim to be the top leather patch hat maker in the USA. Today the shop screen prints in-house with plastisol, water-based and discharge inks on a conveyor dryer, and embroiders on two single-head commercial machines, a Happy HCD2-1501 and a YunFu 15-needle, with Rapos thread and Maggie magnetic frames. DTF transfers are produced by DTF Tribe in Carson City and pressed in our shop.
